1) - Preparation and forwarding

Your order is generally prepared and dispatched in 48h after the validation of your order.

2) - The transport of your parcel

Your parcel is entrusted with La Paste for the routing and its partners for the international one.

The sending is made in Priority Letter, Letter Followed or Collissimo with follow-up, given without signature:

- Your order is delivered like your mail to your residence

- With Colissimo and Lettre suivie, the parcel can be trackon the site http://www.laposte.fr/colissimo

The parcels are oversized and strongly protected. A particular care is brought to the parcel containing of the fragile products.

3) - Forwarding costs

The forwarding costs understand the postal packing, handling and expenses. They are calculated according to the destination and of the weight of your order.

We advise you to gather your purchases in a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders and you will have to discharge shipping costs for each one of them.

4) - Delivery lead time

The times indicated by La Poste are of:

- 2 working days for the Metropolitan France

- 2 to 4 working days for Europe and Switzerland

- 5 to 9 working days for the DOM / TOM

- 10 to 15 working days for USA
